Developed for prototype/model making class within the bachelor’s program.
Ferrari F12 berlinetta reimagined.
Craft a foam model of a chosen product.
Revamp the Ferrari Berlinetta by incorporating elements from prior Ferrari models and F1 race cars.
My design journey began two years before the start of my bachelor’s, with a 3D model of the f12berlinetta for a class. Initially sidelined, I revisited this project, evolving it into a full redesign-to-prototype process.

F12 signifies the F12berlinetta. MSE stands for Michael Schumacher Edition, chosen to honor Schumacher’s victories with Scuderia Ferrari and because my design incorporates F1 car elements, making the name fitting.
The aerodynamics draw from the F12berlinetta. Modifications feature door side vents for cooling, C pillar vents inspired by the 599 GTB for better downforce, and a larger, reshaped diffuser to improve undercar airflow.
The updated design uses the F12berlinetta’s engine with added dual turbochargers and two electric motors, inspired by the LaFerrari, boosting power by over 300 HP. It features a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, maximizing performance and speed.
