The name ‘G2’ derives from Jitou, a village near Tehran and the founder’s birthplace, while ‘kala’ means ‘product’ in Persian, indicating the company’s focus. The logo features a house silhouette, highlighting its connection to home improvement.
The product page is clear and user-friendly, featuring a calculator for tiles and carpets that estimates needed quantities based on room size.
The checkout process is structured in clear steps to prevent confusion, allowing users to review and edit information as they proceed. The steps are: Cart Verification, User Authentication, Address/Pickup Details, Payment Options.
After checkout and payment, the product tracking page displays the order’s progress in intuitive stages: order placed, order accepted, order shipped, and order received.
Similar to checkout, the product return process is step-by-step, minimizing confusion and providing users with ample options and information.
